Airport Information

Location: Located just 8kms outside of the city of Coruna
Transport to city: La Coruna Airport bus

The buses at Coruna Airport arrive and depart from just outside the terminal building. The service connects A Corua (Puerta Real) with the airport, with stops in Casino, Plaza de Orense, Avenida A. Molina, Alcampo, Portazgo, Corveira and Vilaboa leaving every 30-60 minutes and the 25 minute journey into the City centre costs just 1.15.

On working days Monday to Friday from A Corua and from the airport the buses run every 30 minutes from 7.15 am to 9.45 pm. On Saturdays they leave the airport hourly from 8.00 am to 10.00pm. On Sundays and bank-holidays they leave every hour from the airport from 9.00 am to 10.00 pm.

La Coruna Airport taxis

The taxis at Coruna Airport can be found outside the arrivals hall and as a rough guide a taxi into Coruna should cost 15 - 18; to Ferrol between 52 and 60 and to Santiago de Compostela between 75-85. Telephone: (0034) 981 651 111

Parking: The car park is right opposite the airport terminal at La Coruna and has capacity for 524 vehicles.

The rates are pretty reasonable: first half hour or less 0.40; second half hour or less 0.50; all or part of each additional hour 0.95; daily maximum up to 4 days9.25; daily maximum from the fifth day 7.40.
