Introduction Potential film locations in South Korea include the royal palaces built in the Choseon Dynasty, namely Gyongbokgung, Changdeokgung, Deoksugung, and Gyeonghuigung. Changdeokgung, a representative palace illustrating the beauty of East Asian palaces, comprises a bigger collection of well-preserved buildings than any other palace from that period. It was designated a UNESO World Heritage Site in 1997. Other possible film locations include Han River, Noryangjin Fisheries Wholesale Market, Insadong, Bongeunsa, Sunyoudo Park, Korean Folk Village (for examples of traditional Korean culture), Yongmunsa, Paju Heyri Village, Namyangju Studio Complex, Suwon Hwaseong and the Kyeonggi Unification Observatory. |
