With the Rocky Mountains traversing the entire State north to south, their highest point in New Mexico is Wheeler Peak, at 13,361 ft near Taos. Landscapes with meandering roads, desert, high mountain alpine, rivers and streams, western ranches and sets all exist in a State where shooting vistas of 360 degrees uninterrupted is not uncommon.
