Preproduction is underway on Love, Rosie, with filming locations confirmed in Toronto and Dublin. An eight week shoot gets underway on 13 May.
The film is an adaptation of Cecelia Ahern’s second novel, Where Rainbows End. The book was published in the US as Love, Rosie or Rosie Dunne. Written in the form of letters, it follows lifelong friends Alex and Rosie, who are separated when Alex and his family move to America.
The producing team includes Simon Brooks for London-based Canyon Creek, Robert Kulzer for Constantin Film in Germany and James Flynn for Octagon in Ireland. Christian Ditter directs from a screenplay by Juliette Towhidi.
