Charlize Theron’s production company Denver & Delilah is forming a joint venture with Bunim/Murray Productions, a Banjay Group company, to develop and produce unscripted programming for television.

The move marks a first for both companies – Bunim/Murray’s first production joint venture and Denver & Delilah’s first unscripted initiative. The newly formed merge is currently working on Glam Wars, a reality competition series that Style netowrk is developing about make-up artists and hair stylists trying to land the job of their dreams.

Bunim/Murray and Denver & Delilah have also optioned Israeli reality format Whose Closet is it Anyway? (pictured right) from Keshet International for development in the US. Each episode of the show takes three women with very different fashion styles and examines what happens when they swap wardrobes and wear each other’s clothes.

Heading up the new business is senior vice president of development Colleen Ocean Hall, who was recently at Original Media.

“Charlize and her Denver & Delilah team have wonderful instincts and a fresh perspective which we think is a big plus in creating and selling reality television,” said Jonathan Murray, chairman of Bunim/Murray Productions.
