The Utah Film Commission has launched Spot On, a commercial contest to find their next promotional ad.

Videos must be 30 seconds long, and promote Utah as a premier location for all filmed entertainment, with world-class locations and a large talent pool and crew base.

A maximum of eight commercials will be chosen to represent the Utah Film Commission over the next year, including television broadcast spots during the Sundance Film Festival. The winners, who will also receive $1500 for each spot, will be chosen by a panel of motion picture and advertising professionals.

The competition is free and open to all Utah residents.

Final deadline for submissions is 29 November. You can see full details at the Utah Film Commission website.
