Production Service Network debuts at Cannes Lions

Spearheaded by Spanish production services company Camino Media, who founded the venture with like-minded production partners in some dozen countries across Europe, Production Service Network (PSN) is set to make a splash at the upcoming advertising festival Cannes Lions in France.

Camino Media, which has offices in Portugal and Spain, reached out through its own experience and that of valued clients to build a one-stop shop that could respond to client shoot requests spanning Europe. The result is a network dedicated to delivering quality production services in their respective countries.

Partners will be able to share local production knowledge from across multiple countries without an extra cost to clients. Among other services, advice can be given on local climate, locations, permits, available cast, crew and equipment.

“We put our clients’ creative ideas first,” says PSN’s director of production, Michael Moffett. “We identify the locations that will deliver the best results for a brief within established budget parameters. And we provide our clients with a top-drawer partner to make it all happen locally. Our transparency among partners and with clients throughout the selection process results in a win-win workflow that keeps clients coming back.”

While PSN started in Europe, Moffett says the recent addition of a partner in South Africa is only the beginning as the network aims to spread its resources for local production services further afield. Partners are also located in France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Turkey, the UK and Ukraine.

“We anticipate PSN will grow organically in a sustainable way. Our time at ADFEST and Dubai Lynx this year provided an ideal opportunity to explore expansion across Asia-Pacific and MENA in ways that hold promise for the future.”

The launch party is being held at the Hotel Majestic Pier during Cannes Lions, which this year runs from 15-21 June.
