Founded more than 25 years ago, Richmond Film Services began life as a family affair, run by Nigel and Valerie Woodford with just one Nagra recorder available for hire! Nigel and Valerie worked hard to supply broadcast quality sound equipment to professional sound recordists and the business grew quickly.
In June 1986, with stock and client base greatly increased, Richmond Film Services moved into The Old School in Park Lane, Richmond, where it can still be found today.
Continually expanding, the business fills all the classrooms as it aims to provide the most up-to-date professional sound equipment to the film and television industry.
