The Warner Bros. feature is a big screen interpretation of the original hit TV series of the 1960s, which starred David McCallum and Robert Vaughn as the secret agents working for the mysterious agency, U.N.C.L.E.
Cavill and Hammer are certainly very hot properties in film terms at the moment, with Cavill’s Man of Steel having recently crossed the $500m box office mark for worldwide takings. And Hammer is playing another screen legend, the Lone Ranger, to Johnny Depp’s Tonto.
