Ciclope, the international festival of craft, held this year in Berlin, came to an end last week with the announcement of its award winners.

Ciclope, the international festival of craft, held this year in Berlin, came to an end last week with the announcement of its award winners.
The international three day festival is dedicated to the crafting skills in advertising and commercials production. Attending were a long list of directors, CGI artists, producers and creatives, all sharing knowledge and showing off their latest work and processes.
Attendees heard from the director of Dumb Ways to Die, Julian Frost; visual effects house Framestore on the making of Gravity and industry hard hitters such as Richard O’Neill from TBWA\Chiat\Day and Diane Jackson of DDB Chicago on their latest thoughts on commercial production.
Event organiser Francisco Condorelli handed out the awards on the final day of the festival - which was held in Germany for the first time after years of being hosted in Buenos Aires. KFTV attended as a media partner.
Overall Best awards went to the following agencies and production houses:

Other categories often saw more than one winner due to the high volume of quality work. “The standard of entries this year at Ciclope was phenomenal and the judges found it rough going to separate those at the top into medal order – many a re-vote was called for,” Ciclope’s organisational team wrote in a statement.
