Taken 3 takes on Atlanta
Filming is now underway in Atlanta, Georgia on Taken 3. The third film in the thriller franchise stars Liam Neeson, who reprises his role as ex-soldier Bryan Mills; Maggie Grace and Forest Whitaker also star.
Principal photography kicked off earlier in the month in Los Angeles before production moved to Covington last week (also in Georgia), where shooting took place at Newton College & Career Academy.
A casting call was recently put out for extras (aged 18-60) to appear as shoppers for a scene in Atlanta.
The exact plot is unknown at this stage, but those of you trying to fathom out whom exactly will be snatched this time round might be disappointed, as Neeson has previously suggested that in this instalment no one will be taken.
Olivier Megaton (Taken 2, Transporter 3) directs from a screenplay by Luc Besson and Robert Mark Kamen.
