Terrorism thriller Borderland is set to film on location in Dublin and London, after being presented to international buyers at Berlinale.

When Dornan’s character is positioned with an active IRA unit in London, he seeks revenge on Claflin’s soldier, while also entrusted by the IRA to create havoc in the English capital.
The film is being positioned as similar in tone to Michael Mann’s iconic 1995 crime thriller Heat, suggesting a focus on gritty urban realism.
Borderland is produced by Chris Coen of Unanimous Entertainment, and by Rebecca Brown and Alan Moloney of Parallel Film Productions.
London is among the world’s top production hubs but is a crowded filming location. Producers can find out more about negotiating the challenges of the capital by following KFTV’s filming guide.
Dublin is becoming more popular as a European production location. The city offers distinct urban visuals, while Ireland’s competitive filming incentive support attracts shoots from around the world including Blake Lively’s spy thriller The Rhythm Section.
