UK Focus - Industry films in Wales

Industry, a major new drama set against the backdrop of the banking world, begins filming this week in Wales.

To be delivered as an 8 x 60, the series comes from Bad Wolf and HBO, and is set in an American bank in London.

Filming will be based at Pinewood Studio Wales, a facility which Bad Wolf has now leased for the next twelve months, with an option to extend for another two years.

Longtime collaborators Jane Tranter and Julie Gardner founded Bad Wolf in 2015. Since then, the company’s output has further raised the already film-friendly profile of Wales.

The company has also established Wolf Studios, a filming facility near Cardiff with five sound stages totalling 125,000 sq ft.
