The cast and crew are filming under strict Covid health and safety protocols

Chiwetel Ejiofor and Anne Hathaway have begun filming Doug Liman’s heist drama Lockdown in London.
The AGC-backed film is set against the backdrop of the Covid-19 lockdown and centres on a feuding couple (Hathaway and Ejiofor) as they call a truce to plot a high-stakes jewellery theft at Harrods. The world-famous store has granted permission for the team to use it as a key filming location.
Producers are in advanced talks with Ben Stiller, Lily James, Stephen Merchant, Dulé Hill, Jazmyn Simon and Mark Gatiss to join the cast.
Liman directs from a screenplay by Steven Knight; the producers are Michael Lesslie, P.J. van Sandwijk and Alison Winter.
As with all projects currently in production, the cast and crew will adhere to strict health and safety protocols. KFTV is hosting a webinar today, 1 October, at 4pm, on production during the Covid era.
