Australia's full-service post-production and VFX provider, The Post Lounge (TPL), has opened a new facility in Sydney, alongside its visual effects partner, Resin.
The hub is being run by managing director, Kurt Royan, and includes state-of-the-art Dolby Atmos mix suites with the aim to boost sound quality for productions.
This is the largest of TPL's studio locations - the other two are in Brisbane and Melbourne - and boasts 2,000 sqm (21,528 sq ft) of space. The fully equipped studio for 4K+ HDR mastering and theatrical DI will deliver full end-to-end picture and sound post-production both in-house and remote dailies, data services, and edit suite rental to clients in a contemporary and luxe facility.
“Since opening our doors in Sydney last year, the demand has been unprecedented. We have already finished a number of feature films and episodic projects, said Royan.
