According to local broadcaster CTV News London, the production, based on the book The Challenging, will run from 23 August to 25 August.
The fantasy/horror series is described as a parenting fable about a mother and father who search for their son who was taken from them.
It stars LaKeith Stanfield (The Harder They Fall, Knives Out) with other cast members to be confirmed.
In a synopsis shared by Production List, Improbable Valentine is set in a New York City no one knew existed. The drama focuses on the death-defying odyssey of Apollo Kagwa and Emma Valentine as they look to find out what happened to the son who was taken from them. On their voyage, they will travel through enchanted isles and haunted woodlands, meet glowing witches, demon giants and racist cops.
AAHC Barbershop and Salon on Richmond Street and a few other businesses between Dundas & King streets on Richmond Street will be closed as they construct and deconstruct the set, reports the outlet.
The series began filming in April earlier this year and is expected to finish in September. Toronto, New York and New Jersey also serve as filming locations.
Music video director, Melina Matsoukis, helms the project.
Improbable Valentine will be available on the streaming service in 2023.
