Paul Bettany's Vision series in the works at Marvel Studios for Disney+

WandaVision creator, writer and executive producer Jac Schaeffer will reportedly oversee Vision Quest

Marvel Studios is reportedly readying a WandaVision spin-off series, starring Paul Bettany, titled Vision Quest for Disney+.

According to Deadline and The Hot Mic with Jeff Sneider and John Rocha podcast, the show will open its writer's room next week, and will follow Vision as he tries to 'regain his memory and humanity'.

Bettany will reprise his role as the Marvel Comics character of the same name and will also play an updated iteration of the character seen at the end of WandaVision created by S.W.O.R.D.; referred to by some as The White Vision Project.

The outlet also noted that Bettany's character will be the main focus; but there is potential for an appearance from Elizabeth Olsen's Wanda Maximoff, who is his wife.

Reports of a Vision series comes three months after the studio greenlit a spin-off series based on the show's antagonist, titled Agatha: House of Harkness lead by Kathryn Hahn, in July this year.

The outlet adds that WandaVision creator, writer and executive producer Jac Schaeffer will oversee Vision Quest.
