‘Twas the week before Christmas and all round the world,
Content creatives vied to get their stories heard.
To financiers and backers they did make their pitch
And crossed their fingers to have not a hitch nor a glitch.
The lucky ones whooped as the greenlights did flash
And the investors and lenders began to offload their cash.
Cumberbatch, Kidman, Hardy and co
Prepared for their close-ups, with carnets in tow.
The studios beckoned and the units convened
And the screenwriters finished their tweaking of scenes.
But none of these films or commercials or shows
Would ever get made without the work of the pros.
The commissions, locations and production support,
And the wonderful, talented crew we exhort.
So we raise festive glasses with just one final plea
