Nicole Kidman thriller Holland, Michigan to film in Nashville and West Michigan

Production on Holland, Michigan is set to start this week in Holland, Michigan and Nashville, Tennessee. 

The thriller from a Black List script by Andrew Sodroski centres on a woman who suspects her husband is cheating, and enters into an affair of her own, before learning her husband's true, dark secret life.

Directed by Mimi Cave (Fresh), the film stars Nicole Kidman (The Goldfinch, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom), and Succession‘s Matthew Macfadyen is the newest addition to the cast.

According to Fox 17 West Michigan, the production will predominantly film in Nashville, TN, with a few days in West Michigan's iconic Windmill Island Gardens. 

"We know we’re an iconic spot. We know the windmill is an icon of Holland and West Michigan. It’s neat that they really recognise that and want to see that, promote that along with the movie. It does mean a lot to us," said the development manager for Windmill Island Gardens Matt Helmus.

Blossom Films’ Kidman and Per Saari are producing alongside Pacific View Management & Productions’ Peter Dealbert, and Churchill Films’ Kate Churchill.
