Emily in Paris star Lucas Bravo has landed his next lead movie role.
He stars in the Melanie Laurent-direced, Amazon Prime Video France's crime caper Sulak.
Bravo stars as the titular real-life French criminal Bruno Sulak known for his non-violent heists on multiple jewellery stores in the 1980s. He escaped prison several times to reunite with his lover and accomplice, becoming public enemy number one in the process.
The film will shoot in Paris and southern France this summer. It is produced by Alain Goldman’s new Pitchipoï Productions with a script co-written by Laurent with Christophe Deslandes.
Goldman has described the upcoming movie as a "modern Catch Me If You Can".
Further casting for Sulak has yet to be announced. Meanwhile, Bravo returns as chef Gabriel in season four of the Netflix hit Emily in Paris.
