Filming underway on 'Inside No 9' final series

Filming is underway for the ninth series of Reece Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton’s award winning anthology series, Inside No 9.

The ninth and final season debuts in 2024.

The series will feature six stand-alone stories, each set in a different location. The style and tone changing each week. 

Amongst the cast, announced today (December 20), are Eddie Marsan, Vinette Robinson, Mark Bonnar, Charlie Cooper, Susan Wokoma, and many more.

Inside No 9 is produced by BBC Studios Comedy Productions for BBC Two and BBC iPlayer and is distributed internationally by BBC Studios.

It was commissioned by Jon Petrie, Director of Comedy Commissioning at the BBC. Written by Reece Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton, Inside No 9 is produced by Steve Ryde with BBC Studios' Adam Tandy and Josh Cole as executive producers.
