According to the Bangkok Post, the company aims to produce at least six movies per year with an estimated revenue of $9.4m (baht300m). Its first film, Tukkae Rak Pang Mak (Chiang Khan Story), will be released tomorrow.

Roughly 70% of revenue will derive from ticket sales and the remainder from content sales in all formats for both domestic and foreign markets.

Speaking to the Bangkok Post, chief executive Sa-Nga Chatchairungruang said: "We see the Thai movie industry has a bright future, particularly exporting titles to China, where they love Thai stars and share common interests.”
